Data quality leader brings customers and industry experts together to discuss best practices in data governance and master data management
Orlando, Fla. (September 11, 2007) — DataFlux, a leading provider of data quality and data integration solutions, today kicked off its annual users conference, the DataFlux Users Event 2007, at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. This year’s conference set attendance records, as the event attracted an increase in international customers as well as multiple attendees from companies with enterprise data quality or master data management (MDM) efforts.
The conference features a mix of best practices discussions, keynotes from industry experts in data quality and data governance as well as hands-on training and networking opportunities. Previous conferences have received high marks for the prevalence of personal, one-to-one consultation at those events, helping customers learn new and innovative techniques to make their data quality, data integration and MDM programs more successful.
Three featured presentations will provide industry overviews and implementation strategies for different aspects of data management:
DataFlux will also present its annual customer awards, including Customer of the Year, at its awards dinner this evening. Additionally, a select handful of the customers in attendance will share their data quality and data integration case studies with attendees. Companies making presentations include Elsevier, Intellidyn, R.L. Polk and Co., and NEOS, LLC.
A highlight of the second day of the event will be a presentation by Scott Gidley, DataFlux co-founder and CTO, conducting his annual update on DataFlux technology developments. This presentation – consistently one of the highest rated discussions at each conference – helps customers understand the DataFlux product roadmap and the company’s vision for the future.
