DataFlux and Wipro Technologies Forge Partnership to Enhance Enterprise Data Quality

Wipro to build DataFlux Center of Excellence, develop global expertise to support joint customers

CARY, N.C. (Sept. 12, 2006) — DataFlux, a leading provider of data quality and data integration solutions, and Wipro Technologies, the global IT services division of Wipro Limited (NYSE:WIT), today announced a partnership to leverage DataFlux technology for Wipro clients and provide Wipro consulting services for DataFlux customers worldwide.

The companies also announced that Wipro will establish a DataFlux Center of Excellence within its Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing Practice, training consultants and creating a knowledge base in DataFlux technology. This will allow Wipro to support joint customers worldwide and allow these customers to take advantage of the DataFlux Data Quality Integration Platform, an integrated technology that enables organizations to enhance the effectiveness of enterprisewide data-driven initiatives.

DataFlux will also work with Wipro to augment its current strength of professional services resources to include expertise from Wipro for complimentary consulting services such as business intelligence and data warehousing.
