Egon Zehnder Selects DataFlux to Support Global Data Migration

DataFlux, a leading provider of data quality and data integration solutions, today announced that Egon Zehnder International – the world’s leading privately held senior executive search firm – has chosen DataFlux technology to underpin its data migration from 26 source systems to a single centralized global database. DataFlux will provide the data quality and data integration platform that will analyze, improve and control data within Egon Zehnder’s database of two million individual candidate records and an additional 750,000 company records.

In order to improve staff productivity and allow a clear and inclusive view into firm-wide data, Egon Zehnder International is implementing a new, centralized core business application to replace its existing Adapt application, which has 26 global sources. This will help improve the firm’s ability to serve its global clients and candidates.

The DataFlux Data Quality Integration Platform provides the capabilities to profile data in source systems prior to the migration to provide a clear assessment of Egon Zehnder’s data. Egon Zehnder will use the DataFlux platform to set customizable business rules in order to match duplicate records. The utilization of ongoing data monitoring tools will allow the company to control the data quality process and ensure that all data is fit for purpose.
