“I am honored to be recognized by DataFlux with this award,” said Monica. “DataFlux helps us sustain a data management system that is reliable and consistent across several operational systems and sources. To strengthen its software and services offerings, DataFlux allows – and encourages – a constant stream of feedback from the customer base, and I look forward to continuing this dialogue in the future.”

The leader in information lifecycle management, StorageTek designed the CIF, consisting of a data warehouse and multiple data marts, to help manage enterprisewide data. The CIF incorporates data residing in over 60 operational systems, holding vital information pertaining to customers, products, finances, services, support and the supply chain. To effectively manage its records, StorageTek uses DataFlux solutions to inspect, standardize, correct and validate all information according to corporate protocols.

Monica was recognized as the DataFlux Customer of the Year after receiving nominations from technical support, professional services, and research and development. The award supports DataFlux’s customer-driven philosophy by recognizing users who provide outstanding assistance in perfecting the company’s solutions for improved data management.

“Having responsive customers allows us to continually provide industry-leading data quality solutions,” said Tony Fisher, president and general manager of DataFlux. “Jeff has been a valuable asset for DataFlux, offering constructive ideas for data management success. We are proud of the work that StorageTek has accomplished, and we look forward to working with the company as it expands its data quality needs.”
