Record-setting year fueled by increased demand for technology to drive effective data governance, master data management (MDM) and enterprise data quality efforts.
Cary, NC (February 4, 2008) — DataFlux, a leading provider of data quality and data integration solutions, today announced record growth for the company in 2007, highlighted by its seventh consecutive year of double-digit, year-over-year revenue growth. DataFlux grew revenues in 2007 by more than 30 percent over 2006. Increasingly, customers turned to DataFlux to help deliver better data to support enterprise initiatives such as data governance, compliance, risk management and MDM.
In 2007, organizations continued to look for new ways to generate more value from corporate information. With the amount of data available within the enterprise growing exponentially, companies turned to data governance initiatives, creating a framework to enforce data standards and achieve a more unified view of customers, products, employees or any other data asset.
“DataFlux further strengthened its leadership position in 2007, addressing customer pain points through the release of a new line of DataFlux Accelerators that enable organizations to rapidly manage business-critical data,” said Tony Fisher, president and CEO of DataFlux. “Competitive pressures and business requirements dictate that organizations develop a unified view of the enterprise to stay competitive. DataFlux addresses the needs of its customers by providing the solutions that enable data governance and master data management initiatives.”
Building on the momentum of 2007, DataFlux will continue to further support data governance as a cornerstone of any enterprise data management strategy. As the economy continues to slow, organizations need to get more out of current IT investments. By enabling organizations to manage and control data across applications, DataFlux empowers customers to transform data into a more valuable corporate asset, driving business forward.
