DataFlux Kicks Off IDEAS Conference

Annual users’ event expands into global data quality conference, uniting DataFlux customers, partners and industry thought leaders.

LAS VEGAS (October 6, 2008) — DataFlux, a leading provider of data quality and data integration solutions, today announced the commencement of its sixth annual users’ conference, DataFlux IDEAS 2008 (International Data Event and Symposium). Taking place October 6-8 at the Green Valley Ranch Resort in Las Vegas, the increasingly-popular conference has evolved into a global data quality event focusing on hands-on learning, including training, breakout sessions customized for both technical and business audiences, and DataFlux’s popular solutions center, in which attendees can consult one-on-one with DataFlux experts.

This year’s conference will feature keynote sessions from Ted Friedman, VP distinguished analyst of Gartner, and Mike Ferguson, managing director of International Business Strategies. Additionally, industry expert David Loshin will present a workshop entitled, “The Value of Data Governance,” open to all attendees.

The conference will address a multitude of subjects related to data management – including data quality, data integration and data governance – with end-user case studies presented by a variety of DataFlux customers representing financial services, government, manufacturing and other industries.
