DataFlux Technology to Support Data Quality Initiative at Syscap

LONDON (April 22, 2009) — DataFlux, a leading provider of data management solutions, today announced that Syscap, an independent IT finance provider for commercial businesses, professionals and the public sector, has selected DataFlux technology to orchestrate its enterprise data quality initiative. By establishing a structure that will facilitate dynamic, continuous improvement of Syscap’s data throughout the organisation, the company will be able to discover data quality issues and opportunities within its customer accounts.

Syscap’s multiple databases feature a wide variety of data entry points which increases the risk of introducing poor and inconsistent data into its operational and analytical systems. To successfully overhaul its business processes to promote healthy data, Syscap will use award-winning DataFlux technology to create thorough and trusted performance reports from multiple databases. These reports will provide a comprehensive view of more than 170,000 customer accounts and enable Syscap to focus on its core business activities by improving operational efficiency and establishing rules-based processes to control different flows of data. By sharing data quality rules and business logic across all enterprise systems, Syscap will create an accurate single version of the truth from any access point.
