The tools you need to enhance your enterprise data - and add value to existing corporate information.

DataFlux Methodology Stage 4 of 5 - Data Enrichment

Adding value to existing data

Frequently, organizational information is incomplete or outdated. Such data can prevent a company from adequately recognizing its clients and their needs, leaving gaps in understanding your customers, products or business partners.

DataFlux includes an enrichment phase to help an organization add value to its current information. Data enrichment, also known as "data enhancement," generates additional pieces of data from other internal or external data sources to information already used in the organization.

With DataFlux data enrichment capabilities, you can:

  1. Add value to customer data through postal address enhancement, geocoding, demographic data additions, phone number validation, suppression services (do not call, email, etc.) or real-time address and phone verification.
  2. Enhance the value of product data with commodity coding and categorization
  3. Extend the breadth of traditional data quality capabilities by comparing customer or transaction lists to a “watchlist” of known or suspected terrorists, criminals and fraudsters

The next step: Data Monitoring

Managing and addressing data integrity is not a "once and done" proposition. To create consistent, accurate and reliable information, data must be measured and controlled over time. The final phase, data monitoring, helps you put rules into place to assess data regularly - and flag users when data gets out of limits.
