The Effect of Data Quality on Enterprise Applications

I have a client who implemented a hosted CRM solution. The client is a small company, and a hosted solution seemed appropriate for its size and overall needs. The Future of CDI

Earlier this summer I attended an event I consider one of the highlights of my professional year: The Pacific Northwest BI Summit. The Summit is hosted by Scott Humphrey, who heads up Humphrey Strategic Communications, the sine qua non of IT public relations firms. Is the iPod a Business Intelligence Tool?

I recently bought an iPod, although the motivating factor was less about my music listening, but rather more about the opportunity I saw in its use as a knowledge transfer device.
