This training track will explore the inner workings of DataFlux Accelerators, offering a behind the scenes look at the technology and strategies used to allow DataFlux to develop solutions that move far beyond the traditional data quality realm and into other exciting data management areas.

In this demonstration-only training session, you will get to see the following DataFlux Accelerators in action:

• DataFlux Accelerator for Customer Data Analysis
• DataFlux Accelerator for Customer Data Improvement
• DataFlux Accelerator for Customer Data Control
• DataFlux Accelerator for Watch List Compliance

Each Accelerator uses a different combination of DataFlux products sometimes paired with other technologies to deliver interesting new functionality that the DataFlux platform alone can’t deliver. In this session, we will explore the functionality of each Accelerator and highlight the benefits they can bring to any organization. Some of the main product features to be reviewed are:

• Advanced matching techniques
• Data quality scorecards and dashboards

TRACK 4 - Advanced Techniques - SOLD OUT!
Chris Martin and Brett Dorr

Back by popular demand, the Advanced Techniques training course offers you the opportunity to further develop your DataFlux skills. This course is targeted for the experienced DataFlux user focusing on advanced usage of the DataFlux platform. Topics will include:

• An in-depth view of using DataFlux expressions to make your life easier

• Using DataFlux to analyze and integrate challenging file formats. Topics include using Data Dictionaries and Cobol Copybooks as inputs to DataFlux processes

• Using regular expressions for quick and easy data cleanup

• How to effectively match data and implement various
scoring algorithms

The Advanced Techniques course will be taught by Chris Martin and Brett Dorr. Combined, Chris and Brett have spent over 7 years implementing DataFlux solutions in the field. As with previous advanced techniques classes, students will participate in a highly interactive session. Students will be given the opportunity to work through each of the techniques on provided classroom computers.
